The tune feels very comprehensive and well thought out. It feels sporty and it instantly felt faster even with 87 octane. I find that I don't have to use as much throttle when driving around town because of the increased torque. It shifts quickly when you're just trying to get to where you're going, no more rev hang and waiting around. Just the mod it needed.

Awesome! Feels like a different car can actually feel the 300 plus horsepower. Shifting, acceleration both dramatically improved

I purchased the Trifecta auto-tune for my 2012 Chevy Impala LT Fleet. The benefits have been amazing and the car runs like brand new. I've paired it with a Magnaflow exhaust system and new air filter. I'll be replacing the struts and this car is better than new. I only paid 900 for the car and had the body restored at a local  vocational school reasonably priced. Trifecta just makes it all worth it!

Two things jump right out! First the throttle response is like driving a different vehicle. No more "Lag" when you want throttle, you get throttle. Secondly I always wished the shift rpms were higher, as it seems like just as this engine starts making power BOOM it shifts out of the "Power Band" if you will. That problem is solved with this tune also! Love the fact that you can enable/disable with the touch of a (Cruise) button. I guess there is 3 things actually, because this always had a "Surge" under WOT in the 3-4K rpm range. Not sure if it's the 93 octane I run now or the program, but that has been eliminated as well. Hats off to whoever designed this program because this car is really fun to drive now!

I spent much time debating which tune to go with for my 2013 Impala 3.6, and decided on trifecta. I have to say the car is a lot more enjoyable now, the shifts are much quicker and throttle response is almost instant now. The car definitely drives like a 300hp car now. I like the fact that you can turn the tune off with the cruise control button. When you switch between the two, you can really feel the difference that the tune makes. I have nothing bad to say about this tune! I was looking to have the car drive more aggressively, and that’s what I received once I installed the tune. Install was very simple following the steps and only took about 15 minutes to download to the vehicle. Thanks Trifecta!

I have a 2016 Impala Limited LTZ.  Prior to purchasing this tune I had a Af Dynamic cold air intake, throttle body spacer and complete Magnaflow cat-back exhaust.  This is definitely the best upgrade so far.  I had a lot of questions prior to the purchase and the support team was very responsive.  Many of my questions sent through e-mail were answered within an hour or two.  This level of service was definitely one of the big reasons I went with Trifecta.

After the purchase I received the communication cable, a license plate holder, numerous stickers and several business cards in a 2-day flat rate package.  It took another day or two for the Company to upload the files to my account.  After reviewing the instructions and downloading the installer and files to my Windows Tablet the install to the car was straightforward and took about 25 minutes.  A couple of other items here that really sold me was the ability to switch between Sport mode and Economy mode using the cruise control power on/off button and also the fact that you can go back to stock at any time using the files on your laptop/tablet.

As for performance there is a big difference, mainly in two areas.  I always felt the car redlined too quick at about 6500 because it really felt like it was still pulling hard before the factory settings forced it to upshift.  Now, the redline is right about 7000 and that seems perfect.  Second, the throttle response was always sluggish.  Merging onto a highway, for instance, you really had to push the pedal down quite a bit to get a response.  In Sport mode the throttle is now extremely responsive.  Actually, a bit too much to my liking but I am getting used to it.

To be clear, the car definitely feels faster.  I do not have any dyno runs or 1/4 mile slips to back that up.  It also seems to make a big difference depending on the fuel you choose to run.  Running Regular 87 octane in Sport mode is noticeably different (not as peppy) as running E85 or 93 octane plus fuel.  In addition, after a fuel switch it seems to take a day or two for the system to acclimate to the either higher or lower octane.  In Economy mode the car seems to operate pretty much the way it did prior to the tune.  I have noticed no difference in MPG running in Economy as opposed to stock, but that's not why I made this upgrade.

Conclusion, the folks at Trifecta are great to work with and this is a great upgrade.

I am blown away by the difference Trifecta made with my 16 Impala Limited LT, the gas pedal feels like I put a commander on it! The shift points are very sporty, and as a side effect, my downshifts have gotten less clunky due to less throttle input being required to change gears. I also enjoy the cruise button feature since I can turn my tune on or off on the fly. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who enjoys enthusiastic drives and who can also plug in a cable and press a button since that's all it takes!

I have a 14 chevy impala. The tune is very fairly priced for what it provides. Id say there is at least a 5-10% difference in power, the throttle response doesn't lag as hard and its completely worth it. The trifecta team has a good formula and a quick and responsive team to back it up. I would recommend this product to anyone I know with an impala. Ive read about other products at different price points and trifecta has done a good job fitting into this range. The price does not mean quality. But for trifecta its well balanced.

After using 91 octane I am now impressed with this device! I can definitely feel the power and it shifts more smoothly and doesn’t hang at 7k rpm before shifting! Took around a second off of my 0-60 and now I’m looking even more forward to using E85 with this tune now for the absolute max power! ATTENTION! THE RECOMMENDED 91 OCTANE IS REQUIRED TO FEEL A POWER DIFFERENCE! E85 should be a little more powerful than the 91 octane but only if you have a flex fuel car

I purchased the tune in September 2016, and I have been running it ever since. I must say, this is the best tune for the money. Perhaps the best feature is the ability to choose between "eco" (stock) and "sport" (tune) by arming or disarming the cruse control system. This comes in handy more often than I originally thought it would.

The main purpose of the tune for me, was the transmission shifts, in stock form, I found them sluggish, and lazy. With the tune, the shifts feel much better, the way GM should have programmed the transmission from the factory.

Overall, I love everything about the tune except for the fact that at low/part throttle, it can feel somewhat touchy, this occurs once in awhile, and nothing I pay much attention anymore. I chalk this up to the very nature of the tune, and what it does. Otherwise, everything is great. The one thing I would mention that the recommendation for 91 or higher octane fuel is true, the car feels best with 91 or higher (or E85, as my Impala came flex fuel). However, even on 87, the car does feel way better than it did before, the only difference to note is towards the upper RPM range, under load (like doing a hard acceleration on the highway), that the car will "feel" different than it does when compared to running on 91 or higher.

The claim that the tune also improves fuel economy, I have found to be true, I have noticed a increase in average fuel economy of 1 MPG, taking into account lots of around town stop/go, and highway, here in the New York City Metro Area, where all fuel sold has 10% ethanol mixed in.

TLDR: It is great tune, well worth the money.

This tune was well worth it. It has completely transformed the feel of driving this car. From off the line performance to daily driving in traffic the car is way more responsive and a blast to drive. Something not many people may say about an Impala.,

Noticeable improvement in both engine and transmission performance. Value of the tune is worth the $300 retail price. Install was fairly easy as well. Throttle response is very touchy under light load, low speed conditions (not always welcomed but it comes with the nature of the tune). The tune really shines at higher-rpm conditions!
